Therapy
Working on a one to one basis is always the best option. However, I have now designed a method for weight reduction which is very efficient within a group setting. It is important to understand that if you opt for joining a group, you are committing to the WHOLE course of 11 sessions, which take place over 6 months. This is not like slimming clubs where you can go if you feel like it and stay at home if you don't! So if you would like to commit and want to join one of my groups. Lectures
If you would like me to come and give a talk to your group, please contact me and we can discuss your requirements. I am happy to give talks to a group of any size. I obviously specialise in hypnotherapy and reverse speech, but also have a vast knowledge of other subjects which I would be pleased to talk about.
