I was grammar school educated, married at 17 and had my first child at 18. I then went on to spend 37 years in business. This was mainly in partnership with my husband, but I also worked freelance doing book-keeping and payroll for several accountants and other businesses.
Then in 1996, having been a back sufferer from the age of 18, the pain was becoming unbearable and there was no respite; I knew that something bad was happening to my body. Orthodox medicine diagnosed the back problem as being "excessive wear & tear." There was nothing to be done; the only option given was to take strong pain killers, and expect to be in a wheelchair within 18 months.
This news was devastating but none the less, accepted. A long period of depression followed and about a year later the wheelchair possibility was looking inevitable as the condition worsened. It was at this point in time that I was introduced to a Crystal Therapist/Tutor, and although very cynical about the therapy, decided there was nothing to lose, but everything to be gained by trying it. The results were so astounding that I just had to know more............. And so began my first steps into another way of thinking. It was so hard to get my orthodox head around the fact that we each create our own life by our thoughts. Both consciously, and more importantly, our unconsciously.
So many questions, and so to get some of the answers, I embarked upon a 2 year course in Crystal Therapy & Energetic Healing. Not for one moment did I ever consider becoming a therapist!!
A year into this course, in late 1999, my husband of 38 years died as a result of a road accident; and to keep busy I developed an interest in researching all things "alternative." This became an all consuming passion and eventually I gave up the world of accountancy and business that I had known all of my life. Instead I continued the research and embarked upon learning lots of different therapies; but it was the human mind and its thought patterns that interested me the most.

But because of all of the research and study that I have done over the years, I have become an encyclopaedia of information about many things. There is nothing I like better than to share that knowledge and be an information bank for others to invest in.
